Hi!
I have a new job and a new e-mail adress. But I cannot find a way to change either email nor company on my account to episerver world. I have created a new account, but then I loose the information about my developer certificat.
What to do?

Hi,

At the moment we are unable to change you username. This is because of world.episerver.com is using microsoft crm as memberdatabase. But we will build functionality for that asap. During that period of time we can change the username for you and connect you to your new employer. BUT you will lose all you forumpostings and you blog will not be connected to your account anymore.

Let me know what I you prefer and I will try to help you as much as possible! :)

At the moment we are testing this new functionality. Hopefully it will be up and runnig shortly lite a weak or two. But if you have to change username right now please send an email to epw@episerver.com and we will help you. But the best thing ist to wait a little bit longer, so be patient. :)

Got the same problem.. Is there any "change-username-form" to use today... three years later?

( some years ago when I registered, I used my emailaddress as username... no good today when I'm at a new employment.. ).

I can inform you that the link is not working since they are not using the same tech that we developed years ago :) But I would be nice to be able to change as we all mentioned above! Hopefully someone at episerver can answer since no one in this thread is working at epi anymore :)

I know the reason it is not possible to change (at least it was when I was trying to) and that is that the email address you created your account with are used as a primary key in the system that controlls world/partner/and so on and it was not possible to change primary key in that system (tried a year ago).

Doesn't the settings page have a big change button right next to the email? at least I changed email a year ago with the help of that button :)
