In Optimizely CMS 11 you got a red clock icon on blocks marked as expired. After upgrading to Optimizely CMS 12 this visual indication is now gone. It still shows for expired pages in the tree view, but not for block in content areas. This feature was a valuable indicator for editors, and hopefully this functionality will be reintroduced.
