Plugin - copy files to modules/_protected

Hi, 

I am building a "Developer Tools" plugin - https://github.com/technicaldogsbody/optimizely-developer-tools and I think I have it in a decent place, but I am unsure about what (if anything) needs to be copied over to modules/_protected, and also how I copy them over. 

Any help with this I would greatly appreciate.
