Have you checked permissions and also reviewed your [AllowedTypes] across your content types?

Can you create pages under other areas of the page tree structure?

Yes, checked permissions, and all admin privileges are granted to that folder and also allowed types, that home folder allows all. Yes, can create pages under other tree structures.

I can only think of two problems.

1. Access rights. Click this lick to review for the home page.

2. Available page types.

In admin mode (now, renamed to «settings», click   Content Types  -> Home page page type -> Settings -> Available page types
Check if page types are available to be created as chilldren of the home page page type.

Just to ask the question, is there any console errors showing when attempting to create the new page from the Home folder?
