These addons really solve different problems related to SEO.
SiteAttention focuses more on the semantic side of SEO (mostly keyword optimization) - which, frankly, isn't *that* important any longer.

If I recall correctly, SiteAttention is available both as a limited free version, and as a paid full version.
Mogul SEO Manager manages the URL side (redirects, correct http status for moved/renamed/deleted content, etc).
It nicely complements what EPiServer is (still) lacking out-of-the-box - but is only available as a paid version.
