Find Indexing the wrong website

Vote:

Hello,

I have a developer index linked to my Developer-version of the site. Strangely when i run the index (after cleaning it) it generates links to the Production version of the site.

I set the  <episerver.find> tag to the developer index, and episerver is linked to a Developer version of the database (connectionstring) . Am i missing a specific setting to point to the correct website for indexing?

I want to develop and debug locally on the Find functionality with local pages without referring to the production website.

Thanks in advance,

Ron

If you're talking about the URLs are you sure you have your sites configured correctly? The URL resolver that find uses will be using the primary domain of the site in the admin, so if you have multiple domains on a site you'll have to make sure the site setup has your local domain set as the primary and set on the site info.

Second what Scott has said. It's possible that you synced your production database back to dev, and your site definitions remain. Check those here
