Missing Visual Studio integration

Im running windows 8, vs 2012 and iis expess 8 but i'm missing the episerver visual studio integration.

Can't find any msi or vsix file in the installation package either.

You should be able to download it from within Visual Studio. Select option "Tools/Extension Manager/Online gallary" (at least in VS 2010) and search for EPiServer.

In Visual Studio 2012 it is Tools/Extension and updates.../Online/Visual Studio Gallery and search for EPiServer.
