There's no "nice" way to do that in 7. There is of course API support for doing it, but not by using an attribute or similar. Page Type Builder had/has such functionality and you could look at its source for reference.
Is there any way we can programatically define which TinyMCE settings a specific Xhtml property should be using? Currently we do it from admin mode :-|
