What is the best keyword separator?
Like in meta keywords? I usually just use comma for this, really doesn´t matter to EPiServer.

as fredrik said episerver does not care about that. you will have to decied if you should fix this as a developer or let the editors decied. A great tool for more information about this is the site Google WebMaster http://www.google.com/webmasters/. I think you can find answers and sugestions about SEO there.
