Is there and if so, where can i find documentation about episerver database structure?

I mean some overview over the tables and what they contains.

Dont think there is a technote on that. But if you mail support the might have something laying around. Not 100% sure though

Just a default SQL Studio Diagram with all tables added gets you pretty far.
