Can't Open Relate+ Project in Visual Studio 2008

When I open a  project in VS2008 from the EPiServer.Templates.RelatePlus.csproj that is created from deploying a Relate+ site from the deployment center I get the following error:

System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException

Any help would be much appreciated.  I am running Windows 7.

I've had this error before... I think I followed the instructions in did this post to make it work: http://blog.coryfoy.com/2009/07/system-runtime-interopservices-comexception-when-opening-an-asp-net-project/.
