Towards the end of Q4 2021, we will retire the in-app help and walkthroughs currently in the B2B Commerce Admin Console and PIM. However, we will implement redesigned in-app help and walkthroughs in all Optimizely products for end users in Q1 2022.
Starting November 15, 2021, we will remove links to these in-app walkthroughs currently embedded in B2B Commerce and PIM end user courses in Optimizely Academy. Learners will still be able to complete practice activities in the courses on their own using documentation.
